This release adds a Stock Ledger and as-of dates to your stock reports, and makes reserving stock simpler.

New​

Inventory​

  • Stock Ledger — a report showing opening, inward, outward and closing stock, with its own screen.
  • As-of date — view Summary, Valuation, Item Inventory Details and Batch-wise Balance as on any date.
  • Dated stock postings — stock is dated by its document, and future-dated stock saves are refused.
  • Reserved is the only cover — one clear hold for stock, with a manual reserve option.

Sales​

  • Coverage tracker — flags for overdue purchase orders and double supply, and alerts to the order and its supply when either changes. Receipts are matched to their order.

Settings and planning​

  • Reserve stock — choose when stock is reserved under Settings, Inventory, with help explaining that hand-made holds stay put.
  • Demand board — Allocated is retired; Reserve is the one hold.

Fixed​

  • Void — voiding an invoice re-holds the stock as the same reservation it came from.
  • Purchasing — a purchase order or GRN cannot be deleted while other documents depend on it.
  • Production — you are notified when a work order is deleted, and short notices name the item.
  • Sales — a double-supply warning appears when any two sources cover a line.
