Financial statements move to Schedule III, replacements get their own flow, and invoices can be shared automatically with customers.

New​

Reports​

  • Schedule III statements — Schedule III balance sheet and profit and loss, with a format picker, a Non-current group, editable headings, a Time Period dropdown and Excel export.
  • Statement mapping — Map each account to a Schedule III heading, schedule country-wide changes and withdraw them before they apply.
  • Balance sheet layouts — A horizontal (T form) balance sheet toggle and sign-off details with signatory and auditor.

Purchasing​

  • Purchase Replacement — Receive replacements with a Replacement GRN and return goods with a Replacement reason.

Sales and sharing​

  • Auto share invoices — Share invoices to a customer's email automatically when they are created, switched on from Settings or the customer's Sharing tab.
  • UPI QR — Show a UPI QR on the Sales Order, India only.
  • Dealflow and portal — Shared Outstanding and statements show each invoice's TDS.

Finance​

  • One note per invoice — One credit note per invoice and one debit note per bill, with notices on invoices, bills and returns, and pickers that hide documents with a live note.
  • Editing locks — An invoice or bill with a note against it can no longer be edited, and Edit is disabled with a reason.
  • Chart by country — UAE, US and UK default charts match the India chart.

Tally​

  • Cancel in Tally — A voided or deleted voucher is cancelled in Tally, with a notice when you must cancel it by hand.

Inventory and Mobile app​

  • Excel bulk upload — Upload inventory from Excel.
  • Update required — The mobile app can ask users to update when their version is too old.
  • Daily Production Report on mobile — Needs you, Station week and Before closing books lanes, a Report timeline and a work-day picker.

Fixed​

  • Suppliers — The MSME tickbox shows on every India supplier form.
  • Returns — Return pickers offer only the document that moved the stock.
  • Production — The DPR report list sorts by the column you pick, and Withdraw and Retry show a clear message.
  • Mobile app — Tapping a related document in Workspace opens it, and the iOS date picker has a Done button.
