Your annual accounts get notes, formats and sign-off in one place, and Neo gets a panel you can ask anything.

New​

Neo​

  • Ask panel — A non-modal Neo panel you can open any time with N, with business answer cards and tappable suggestions.
  • Supplier invoice to draft bill — Upload a supplier invoice in the chat and get a draft bill.
  • Reports — Neo can read reports you have permission to see.

Financial statements​

  • Notes to accounts — Breakdown, movement, borrowings, ageing, property and intangible assets notes, accounting policies and ratios, in the screen, PDF and Excel.
  • More formats — Ind AS Division II statements and ICAI non-corporate statements, picked by legal form.
  • Cost of goods sold split — The Schedule III profit and loss splits cost of goods sold, with inventories by class.
  • Annual accounts — A combined annual-accounts PDF, signatories and auditor on statements, and a Statement settings page.

Other​

  • UPI QR — A switch in Settings shows a UPI QR on the Sales Order, India only, on screen and in PDF.
  • Self-service checkout — Pay for and change your plan with checkout and Pay now.
  • My Follow-ups — Now uses the same grid, filters and search as other lists.
  • Mobile app — Mobile PDFs match the web for bill, invoice, sales order, GRN and payments.

Fixed​

  • Settings — Removing a currency in Default Formats now removes it.
  • Mobile app — An old invite link now shows clear guidance, and the business logo appears in PDF preview and download.
  • PDF — The Document PDF preview keeps A4 proportions.
