The Document vault gets a proper file explorer, keyboard shortcuts arrive across the app, and Tally syncs now check your Tally version.

New​

Document vault​

  • File explorer — Browse a folder tree with breadcrumbs, list or grid view and a details panel, all usable from the keyboard.
  • Shared and My files — Upload into Shared and My files, make folders and sub-folders, and move files between Unsorted, Shared and My files.
  • Rename and trash — Rename files, send them to Trash with restore, and see a linked-to badge that opens the document.
  • Locked document folders — Each document gets its own Documents folder.
  • More file types — Upload PPT, PPTX, DWG, DXF, RAR and 7z files.
  • Previews — Preview files and see their properties inside the common file viewer.
  • More uploads in one place — Profile pictures, feedback and ticket images and quality check photos now upload through the Vault, also on mobile.
  • Drafts — Abandoned draft uploads move to Trash after 7 days.

Keyboard shortcuts​

  • Move without the mouse — Use Enter and arrow keys between fields, F6 to switch focus zones, v to toggle a document on any list, P to print the open document and ? to see all shortcuts.
  • Tabs and menus — Press [ and ] to switch tabs on every tab rail, and open a row menu with Shift+F10.
  • Dialogs — Dialogs focus the first field, and Escape asks before discarding changes.

Tally​

  • Version check — Bizconnekt reads your Tally version, shows it with a compatibility verdict, and blocks a sync with a reason when it is not ready.
  • Company change — Acknowledge a Tally company change from the connector screen.
  • Layouts — Parties, stock items and invoices are sent in the layout your Tally version expects.

Sales and approvals​

  • Hand over reserved stock — Release or reassign reserved stock to another sales order line in one save.
  • Job order approvals — Job orders use the standard approval flow, show up in the approval inbox, and can be edited after a rejection.
  • Emails tab — The document's Emails tab shows every Dealflow share.

Improved​

  • Navigation — Online Payments now sits under Receipts as a tab.
  • Production — A work order can be deleted at any status unless it is linked or ended.
  • Forms — A focused input now shows a clear border.
  • Lists — Your active search stays after a delete or other row action.

Fixed​

  • Demand planning — The basket dialog ignores routing that is already raised.
  • Purchasing — You can bill and receive older purchase orders that were exploded from a BOM.
