September isn't over yet — here's what's already live. A fixed-asset register joins your books, sourcing gets a proper RFQ lifecycle, and your stock picture gets a lot clearer.

Fixed Assets​

  • Assets — keep a register of the machinery, computers and vehicles your business owns. Capitalise an asset straight from a supplier bill, run and reverse depreciation from the register, and record a disposal when you sell or scrap it.
  • An income-tax depreciation report groups your assets by block and shows written-down value by fiscal year — ready for your return.

Sourcing & purchasing​

  • RFQ lifecycle — Open, In-Process and Closed views that track where each request stands; approve an RFQ before it's sent, invite suppliers from the Send action, and decide supplier prices per item from one inbox entry.
  • Purchase requisition → Purchase Order — raise a purchase order against a requisition, see pending quantities from both sides, and be stopped from over-converting.
  • Demand baskets — separate Buy and Make carts you can raise selectively, confirm your Buy prices before raising, and split a Buy across suppliers.

Inventory you can trust​

  • Serial numbers — turn on serial tracking for an item, then enter and pick serials on delivery challans and bills.
  • Coverage tracker — sales-order lines now show, in plain words, how much is reserved and how much is short.
  • Batch-wise stock report — a stock balance broken down by lot, with a traceability drill-in, plus a cascading store filter across the inventory summaries.
  • Work-order input readiness — a tab that shows reserved versus short for every input before you start a run.

Production & people​

  • Issue and return material against the run, and see it measured against plan; hand a running job to another supervisor; and the shop floor sees no money on screen.
  • The Work Order Process template builder is redesigned as a clearer, guided flow.
  • Attendance — mark a whole shift for a day as a single sheet.

Sharing & finance​

  • Share more documents — the Share button now appears on Payment Received, RFQ, GRN, Purchase Return and Debit Note.
  • Banking — record TDS or TCS per row as you match a bank line to open documents.
