Bizconnekt App User Signin

Overview​

Welcome to the Bizconnekt App Signin page. This guide will assist you in logging into your admin account using either your password or a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your email. Please note that users must be registered by the Bizconnekt Administrator at your organization to gain access to the platform.

Steps to Sign In​

  1. Email:

    • Enter your registered email address in the "Email" field.
    • Ensure that the email is valid as it will be used for authentication.

  2. Password (if signing in via password):

    • Enter your account password in the "Password" field.
    • Ensure that the password meets the necessary security criteria.

  3. Remember Me:

    • You can choose to stay signed in by selecting an option from the "Remember Me" dropdown.
    • This option lets you stay signed in for a longer period without re-entering your credentials.

  4. Sign in via OTP:

    • If you prefer signing in via OTP, click on the "Sign in via OTP" link.
    • Enter your email address and click "Get OTP" to receive a One-Time Password in your email.
    • Enter the OTP in the provided fields and submit.

  5. Submit:

    • Click the Sign in button to log in using your email and password.
    • If you are using OTP, click "Submit" after entering the OTP.

  6. Switch Between Login Methods:

    • If you wish to switch from password to OTP login (or vice versa), use the "Sign in via OTP/Password" link.

  7. Sign Up:

    • If you do not have an account, pls contact Bizconnekt platform administrator at your organization. Or in case you would like to register your organization, you can sigin [Sign up] (https://app.bizconnekt.com/signup)

Troubleshooting​

  • Ensure your email is entered correctly and matches the format.
  • If you encounter errors, verify that your password meets the security requirements or that the OTP is entered correctly.
  • If you experience issues during sign-in, you can request another OTP by clicking on "Resend OTP."

Security Note​

For enhanced security, avoid using public devices for signing in and ensure your password is strong and unique.
