Create your organization account on Bizconnekt in 3 simple steps. This process takes approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.

What You'll Need​

Business email address
Mobile number for WhatsApp verification
GST registration number
Authority to register for your organization​

Step 1: Account Verification​

Enter Your Details​

Email Address

  • Must be unique and not already registered
  • Will be your login username Mobile Number
  • Enter number that can receive WhatsApp messages
  • Do not use WhatsApp Business API numbers

Verify with OTP​

  1. Check your email and WhatsApp for verification codes
  2. Enter both OTP codes to proceed
  3. Click Next to continue

Step 2: Organization Information​

Basic Details​

Organization Name

  • Enter your company's name
  • Must be unique across the platform
  • You can modify this if name already exists GST Number
  • Enter your valid GST registration number
  • System will verify with government database Referral Code (optional)
  • Enter if you have a referral code

If GST Already Exists​

When your GST number is already registered, choose one option:

Option A: Check & Update
Go back and verify your GST number is correct Option B: Request Access
Ask the current admin to add you as a member
(You'll receive email confirmation) Option C: Claim Ownership
Submit documents to claim the GST number
(Requires document upload)

Step 3: Review & Complete​

Verify Information​

Review all details displayed on screen:

  • Organization name
  • Contact information
  • Auto-fetched company details from GST portal

Accept Terms​

☑️ Required: Check "I agree to Terms and Conditions"

Complete Registration​

Click Sign Up to create your account​

After Signup​

What Happens Next​

Success message appears on screen
Login credentials sent to your email
Nova subscription automatically activated
Redirected to login page

Your Next Steps​

  1. Login with your email and password
  2. Set up business units and departments
  3. Add team members and assign roles
  4. Configure settings for your business
  5. Import data from existing systems

Common Issues​

Email Problems​

"Email already registered"
→ Use different email or login to existing account

GST Issues​

"Invalid GST number"
→ Double-check GST number format and validity "GST verification failed"
→ Ensure GST is active and try again, or contact support

OTP Problems​

"Invalid OTP"
→ Check for new messages or request fresh OTP "OTP expired"
→ Request new verification code​

Important Notes​

Cannot Change Later

These fields are locked after signup:

  • GST number
  • Legal company name (from GST portal)
  • GST type
