Support

The Support module in the Admin console shows tenant admins how support is going for their business: open tickets, the response commitment their plan carries, and when the support team works.

The Support page

Support (/support) shows three cards for your business unit:

  • Your BU's Tickets — a summary of ticket health, with Open all tickets leading to the full list.
  • Your SLA Commitment — the response time your plan promises per category (Urgent, Bug, Feature Request, Question), in business hours. These targets come from your subscription plan.
  • Support Hours — business hours, working days, and upcoming public holidays for the support team. SLA clocks run only during these hours.

Tickets

Support → Tickets (/tickets/view) lists every support ticket raised across your business unit, with columns for ticket, submitter, status, category, SLA state, branch and creation date. Filter by status (Open, In Progress, Awaiting Response, Resolved, Closed), category or SLA state, or search.

View Details opens the full conversation history for a ticket. Tenant admins see everything the support team and the submitter have said; replying and status changes are handled by the Bizconnekt support team.

Tickets are raised from within the Bizconnekt app's support form — the Admin console is where admins track them.
