This release makes stock tighter and production easier to set up. You can now reserve stock for orders, track batches and serial numbers, depreciate fixed assets and run production with clearer screens.

New​

Inventory​

  • Reserved stock — approving a sales order now earmarks free stock for it, an invoice uses up the reservation, and a voided invoice puts the promise back. Reservations that pass their release-by date are released automatically.
  • Lot-specific dispatch — turn on the new setting and dispatch picks the lots you held for each sales order line.
  • Batch-wise stock balance — a new report with lot and serial traceability, and a drill-in from each batch.
  • Serial numbers — enter and pick serial numbers on Delivery Challan and Bill, with an item-level switch to turn serial tracking on.
  • Expired lots — choose whether issuing an expired lot warns or blocks, and expired lots are skipped in first-expiry-first-out. Operators see a clear warning.
  • Stock transfers — move only free stock, so reserved goods stay promised.
  • Work-order input readiness — a new tab shows what is reserved and what is short for each input.

Sales​

  • Coverage tracker — a plain-language view on sales-order lines, with a drill-down behind each chip showing what has arrived and what is coming.

Production​

  • Easier setup — the Work Order Process (template) builder is now a master-detail flow with a stepper, a collapsible flow rail, compact stage editing and setup guidance. The execute screen asks two plain questions about items.
  • Production board — collapsible filters, and scheduling and availability by location.
  • Work order — preview what will be needed before raising a run.

Demand basket and RFQ​

  • Separate Buy and Make carts — raise selected documents in the background with live status for each. Confirm buy prices before raising, and split a line across suppliers in the Buy cart.
  • RFQ lifecycle — Created, In Review, In Process, Closed and Expired, with views by status, Close and Expire actions, and the option to invite suppliers, including first-time ones, when you send.

Assets and Accounting​

  • Fixed-asset depreciation and disposal — a register with run and reverse depreciation, disposal, income-tax depreciation report and block-of-assets picker, and capitalizing an asset straight from a bill.
  • Annual deferred-tax run, with a deferred-tax rate you set in business unit defaults.

Sharing and Dealflow​

  • Private share links — a code that opens the right workspace, and a Share button on five more document types.

Improved​

  • Naming — the module is now called Work Order, and the template is called Work Order Process throughout.
  • Work-order search — shows the product name, and the schedule timezone is visible.
  • Demand basket — pre-fills held lots on dispatch.
  • Dealflow — hides the Neo, reload and Live toolbar row.

Fixed​

  • Shared documents — now show as a page on mobile instead of an embedded PDF.
  • RFQ — form-created RFQs show in the Open view, the Email tab appears, and supplier contacts load in the invite window.
  • Item picker — opens upward when there is no room below.
