July brought a single view of every customer, a smarter follow-ups inbox, the ability to void a document with a reason, and a lock for your closed books.

Release notes · July 2026
Know every customer. Chase every follow-up. Lock every period.

Customers, pipeline & follow-ups

  • Customer 360 — an Overview tab with the whole relationship at a glance, and All / Customers / Prospects lifecycle tabs to sort who's a buyer from who's still a prospect.
  • Sales Pipeline — switch between a Kanban board and a grid, save your filter presets, and open a team leaderboard with each rep's activity and conversion. A new Engagement Trends view shows how the pipeline is moving.
  • My Follow-ups — a rebuilt, actionable inbox: create a follow-up inline from any document, see a pending-count badge on the record, and track the ones you've assigned to your team.

DealFlow sharing

  • DealFlow gets its own space in the sidebar, with received and sent shares in one list and the document and its chat shown side by side.
  • Approve or reject from the link — the person you shared with can act straight from the shared page.
  • Statement shares now open as a clear account-statement notice.

Finance & records

  • Void a document — mark an invoice, credit note or debit note as void with a reason. Voided documents carry a clear VOID watermark on the PDF and drop out of your sales and receivables reports automatically.
  • Accounting Period Lock — close your books through a date so past entries can't be changed, with a full history of every lock.
  • Banking — clear reconciled entries across a whole date range in one step, plus date-mismatch checks when you import.
  • Integrity Check — a read-only, tamper-evidence view of your records for you or your auditor, showing every recent check and its result.

Neo, your assistant

  • Turn an uploaded invoice into a ready-to-review bill, confirmed line by line before anything is created.
  • A new My AI Preferences page lets you see, change or delete what Neo remembers for you.
  • Cancel a running answer at any time, with a clear retry when something doesn't land.
