Your follow-ups in Neo
Open Ask Neo and, when something is waiting for you, a small Your follow-ups card shows the follow-ups assigned to you that are overdue or due today. Click a row to open that record straight away.
What the card shows
The card lists open follow-ups that are assigned to you, in two groups:
| Group | What is in it |
|---|---|
| Overdue | Follow-ups whose date has passed, oldest first |
| Due today | Follow-ups due on today's date |
Each row tells you what the follow-up is about — the document and its number (for example, Invoice INV-12), the customer or contact, and the date it was due. Follow-ups due tomorrow or later are not shown here; find them in My Follow-ups.
The card shows up to five rows, overdue first. If you have more, a See all (N) link under the list opens My Follow-ups, where N is the total number that are overdue or due today.
Open the record
Click a row. Bizconnekt opens the document on its Follow-ups tab and closes the Ask Neo panel, so you can act on it right away — reschedule it or mark it complete.
A follow-up that is not linked to a document is still listed, but it has nothing to open, so its row is not clickable. Find it in My Follow-ups.
When you won't see the card
The card appears only when there is something for you to act on. It is simply not there when:
- nothing assigned to you is overdue or due today — there is no "nothing due" message;
- you don't have access to follow-ups (ask your admin to enable it for your role);
- the list can't be loaded right now — Ask Neo works as usual and the card returns the next time you open the panel.
The card refreshes each time you open Ask Neo.
It belongs to the Ask Neo panel, so it is available wherever Neo is available on your plan.
