AI Settings

AI Settings is where an administrator shapes how the in-product assistant helps your team. Today this section holds Playbooks — reusable, admin-approved instructions that tell the assistant how to answer a common question or how to work through a routine request, so everyone gets the same, correct help.

What are AI settings?​

The in-product assistant, Neo, helps your team while they work — answering questions and offering to take routine next steps. AI Settings is the admin control for that help: instead of every person getting slightly different guidance, you set the instructions once and the assistant follows them for everyone.

Who manages this?​

An administrator. The instructions the assistant follows are always reviewed and approved by an admin before they are used, so nothing reaches your team until someone has signed off on it. Your team members simply see helpful, consistent suggestions as they work.

How to open AI Settings​

  1. Open Bizconnekt Admin from the main menu.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Select AI.
  4. Choose Playbooks.
